Hi VicariousE,
We delete all of the emails once the contest is over and the prizes are sent.
The names and addresses are in order to make it easier for us to ship the prizes to the winners, because without them it's hard to find the winners' emails inside all the many emails we get all the time.
Besides, it's just the name and address, we didn't ask for a phone number or a credit card :)
